Place a pot of water on a stovetop over medium heat.2.
Add 1 cup of chopped onions and 2 cloves of garlic.3.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 minutes.4.
Add the potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.5.
Cook the potatoes and potatoes for about 1 minute more.6.
Add in the diced tomato and stir for about a minute.7.
Add all the other ingredients and cook for 30 seconds.8.
Add sauce to the pot and simmer for about 5 minutes.9.
Serve immediately.10.
