Kotak Mobility will sell all the brands in the Indian market by March 1, 2019, Kotak said on Tuesday.
The company said it will sell its portfolio of brands, including Zo, Valorants, Valo, Zo Skin and Valo Health, in the market by the end of 2019.
Kotak said it has invested Rs 5,000 crore in the India segment.
It said the combined sales of the brands would be Rs 10,000 million in 2019-20.
Kota Mobility is India’s third largest vehicle manufacturer with a sales of Rs 10 lakh crore, and it has a sales strength of almost 40 per cent in the segment.
The company will not invest in its own vehicles in the current fiscal, Kotac said.
